30‑Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns are accepted for both defective and non‑defective products.

Return Method All returns are completed by mail. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. A return label is not included in the package.

Condition of Returned Items Products must be returned in good condition. Bikes may be assembled and test‑ridden briefly, but they must not show signs of heavy use, damage, or missing parts. All original components must be included.

Exchanges Exchanges are accepted within the same 30‑day window. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the replacement will be arranged.

Refund Processing Time Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Defective Products If a product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the return window, we will assist you promptly and professionally in line with your consumer rights.
