Shipping & Delivery

  • Fast Free UK Delivery: All orders include free tracked delivery across the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched swiftly from our UK facility via trusted UK couriers to ensure safe, on‑time arrival.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Most orders arrive within 4–6 business days. If any unexpected courier delays arise, our team will keep you updated.

  • Full Order Tracking: Every parcel includes full tracking from the moment it leaves our warehouse. You will receive updates as your order moves through the network.

  • Secure Packaging: Products are carefully packed using protective materials to prevent damage in transit and ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.

  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection via your tracking updates.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange within the United Kingdom. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in good condition with all original components. Bikes may be assembled and test-ridden briefly, but must not show signs of heavy use or damage.

  • Return Method: All returns are handled by mail. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage (return labels are not pre-included).

  • Exchanges & Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us promptly. Once returned items are inspected and approved, replacements or refunds are issued in line with your UK consumer rights.
