At VARELO™, we keep refunds simple, transparent, and reliable. Every return is processed with care and fairness. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.
