At VARELO™, we keep refunds simple, transparent, and reliable. Every return is processed with care and fairness.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery within the United Kingdom.

Returned items must be in good condition, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. Bikes may be assembled and test‑ridden briefly, but they must not show signs of heavy use, damage, or missing parts.

Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.
